I had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff treated me really well and customized the meals just for me. The food tasted delicious and I had no complaints at all. The location was perfect, surrounded by mountains on three sides, offering breathtaking views of waterfalls and fog during my visit between June and September. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a huge and windy space.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at a peaceful resort surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with comfortable mattresses and working AC. The staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We enjoyed the high-end speakers and barbecue provided, adding to our enjoyment of the night. The food quality was excellent, with homemade flavors that we truly savored.
The swimming pool could have been cleaner.

Loved the beautiful mountain views from the hotel, surrounded by waterfalls and fog. The staff was very hospitable and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and stylishly decorated. A delightful surprise was the availability of high-end speakers and a barbecue for a fun-filled night.
Disliked the bumpy approach road to the hotel, it made for an uncomfortable car ride. , missed having a buffet spread and access to seasonal fruits.

The view from the resort was absolutely stunning with mountains on all sides. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided us with customized meals, which were delicious.
The resort was located quite far from the main attractions, and the pictures on the website did not match the actual resort. The food options were very limited, leaving us with very few choices.
